CIEX No. 05/2026: Repeal of Circulars Regarding Savings Product Information Submission
The General Manager of Financial Entities repeals External Circulars SGDB No. 024/2012 and SGBD No. 058/2012, which previously governed the submission of information related to savings products. This repeal takes effect immediately and applies to all Financial Intermediation Entities.

In the framework of the analysis guidelines and strategies for the financial system established by the Financial Entities Management, as of this date, External Circulars SGDB No. 024/2012 of 04.05.2012 and SGBD No. 058/2012 of 27.12.2012 are hereby repealed.
