CIEX No. 1/2022: Authorization of Banco de la Nación Argentina S.A. as a Contingency Participant of the Deferred Liquidation Module of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Banco de la Nación Argentina S.A. (BNA) to participate as a contingency participant in the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP), effective January 5, 2022. This authorization permits BNA to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD under participant code MLD1007. The circular further instructs participants to utilize the MLDConsultasService to retrieve the public keys of all authorized entities for proper system configuration.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that Banco de la Nación Argentina S.A. (BNA) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations; consequently, as of January 5, 2022, it is authorized as a contingency participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtener Certificados, participants can consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD. In this regard, it is requested to take this information into account to configure the participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
