CIEX No. 10/2022: Authorization of Banco BISA S.A. as a Contingency Participant in the Deferred Liquidation Module of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System

The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Banco BISA S.A. (participant code MLD1009, abbreviation BIS) as a contingency participant in the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP), effective March 7, 2022. This authorization permits the bank to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Participants are instructed to consult the public keys of all MLD-enabled entities via the MLDConsultasService to configure their respective IT developments.

AS A CONTINGENCY PARTICIPANT OF THE DEFERRED LIQUIDATION MODULE (MLD) OF THE LIP

Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that Banco BISA S.A. has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations; consequently, as of March 7, 2022, it is authorized as a contingency participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtener Certificados, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, this information is requested to be taken into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
