Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that the Long-Term Social Security Public Manager - GESTORA has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations; consequently, as of February 10, 2023, it is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Participant: LONG-TERM SOCIAL SECURITY PUBLIC MANAGER Participant Code: MLD1474 Abbreviation: GES

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD, through the MLDConsultasService service – method obtain Certificates, participants can consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, it is requested to take this information into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
