Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the "Bolivian Foundation for Institutional Development Financial Development Institution" (FUBODE IFD) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of May 9, 2024, it is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Participant: BOLIVIAN FOUNDATION FOR INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT IFD Participant Code: MLD27007 Acronym: IFU

Additionally, according to the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service – method obtain Certificates, participants can consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD. In this regard, this information is requested to be taken into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
