CIEX No. 12/2019: Authorization of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Trinidad Ltda. in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Trinidad Ltda. (CTR) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective March 1, 2019. This authorization permits CTR to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD after successfully meeting all regulatory requirements. Participants are instructed to update their IT configurations by consulting the public keys of all MLD-enabled entities via the MLOConsultasService. Support inquiries regarding this integration should be directed to the LIP Help Desk.

SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF THE SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE TRINIDAD LTD. IN THE DEFERRED SETTLEMENT MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP)
Dear Sirs and Madams:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Savings and Credit Cooperative Trinidad Ltd. (CTR) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, complying with the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of March 1, 2019, CTR is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD, through the MLOConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, it is requested to take this information into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
