CIEX No. 14/2022: Authorization of Fund Transfers from BUN's Fiscal Current Account to TGN Fiscal Accounts in the LIP System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Banco Unión S.A. to execute specific fund transfers within the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) starting March 29, 2022. These operations include transferring national currency funds from the BUN Fiscal Correspondent Current Account (0818) to the AJAM-Mineral Patent Collection account (7298) via existing operation E49, and to the Ordinary Revenues account (726) via new operation E80. Banco Unión S.A. is required to request the addition of operation E80 to its current digital certificate to comply with the updated Hybrid Liquidation Module Operational Guide (V.2.0).

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies Banco Unión S.A. (BUN) and the Ministry of Economy and Public Finances (MEFP) that as of March 29, 2022, the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) is enabled to perform the following transfer operations:
- National currency (MN) funds transferred from the Banco Unión Fiscal Correspondent Current Account (0818) to the AJAM-Mineral Patent Collection account (7298) through operation E49 (existing).
- National currency (MN) funds transferred from the Banco Unión Fiscal Correspondent Current Account (0818) to the 1-100 Ordinary Revenues account (726), through operation E80 (new).
