CIEX No. 14/2024: Authorization of CSQ as a Participant in the LIP Deferred Liquidation Module
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Cooperative de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Pedro de Aiquile R.L. (CSQ) to participate in the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP), effective June 17, 2024. The entity is assigned the participant code MLD3051 and is permitted to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Participants are instructed to update their IT configurations to include the public keys of all MLD-enabled entities using the MLDConsultasService.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that the "Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Pedro de Aiquile R.L." (CSQ) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of June 17, 2024, it is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, according to the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service – method obtain Certificates, participants can consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, it is requested to take this information into account to configure the participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
