The Central Bank of Bolivia updates the Information Capture System for Interest Rates and Exchange Rates to Version 4.47, requiring financial entities to report the client's economic activity code for DPFs, use the "ESP" code for credit card openings instead of "APE", report the credit limit rather than zero for the Debit column, and accept interbank operations with maturities up to 90 days for specific liquidity credits. This new version becomes available on the ASFI intranet on May 26, 2021, and enters into force on June 2, 2021, with data effective as of June 1, 2021.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia informs financial entities that it will make available to them a new version of the Operations Capture System for interest rates and exchange rates (Version 4.47), according to the following details:
• It has been updated with the modifications established in the Chart of Accounts Manual and the list of localities of the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI). • DPFs, both in nominal passive rate (PAS) and effective passive rate (TEP), must include the client's economic activity code (field act_eco) in the report. • Credit card opening operations (concept 47T) will not accept the transaction "APE", but rather the encoding "ESP". • Credit card opening operations (concept 47T) will not accept an amount of 0 (zero) in the Debit column; they must report the credit limit of the same. • In the case where an interbank operation represents the liquidity credits of BDP S.A.M. for Cooperatives and IFDs, it will accept a maturity of up to 90 days:
