The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) began issuing Digital Fiscal Documents (Invoices) on April 1, 2022, in compliance with National Tax Service (SIN) Board Resolutions No. 102100000011 and No. 102100000019. The BCB transmits a graphical representation and transaction data in XML format to the email address provided by the document holder. Additionally, holders may download the graphical representation and XML files of invoices issued by the BCB via the "CONSULT YOUR INVOICES" option on the BCB website.

Gentlemen:
In compliance with the Board Resolutions issued by the National Tax Service (SIN) No. 102100000011 of August 11, 2021, and No. 102100000019 of October 14, 2021, starting from April 1 of the current year, the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) will issue Digital Fiscal Documents (Invoices).
In this regard, the BCB will send a graphical representation and the transaction information in XML format to the email address provided by the holder of the digital fiscal document.
Additionally, the aforementioned holder may download the graphical representation and the XML file of the invoices issued by the Central Bank of Bolivia, on the institutional website https://www.bcb.gob.bo/ under the option "CONSULT YOUR INVOICES".
