CIEX No. 15/2024: Suspension of the Public Long-Term Social Security Manager as a Participant in the LIP Hybrid Liquidation Module
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies participants in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that the Public Long-Term Social Security Manager (Gestora) is no longer authorized as a participant in the LIP Hybrid Liquidation Module (MLH) effective April 22, 2024, due to contract termination. This action renders Circular Externa CIEX No. 19/2022 of May 6, 2022, null and void. Financial intermediation entities are directed to direct any inquiries to the LIP Help Desk via the specified telephone numbers or email address.

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies participants in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that, since April 22, 2024, the Public Long-Term Social Security Manager (Gestora) is no longer authorized as a participant in the Hybrid Liquidation Module (MLH) of the LIP, due to the resolution of the contract; therefore, Circular Externa CIEX No. 19/2022 of May 6, 2022, is hereby rendered null and void.
