CIEX No. 17/2019 - Authorization of Educadores Gran Chaco R.L. in the Deferred Settlement Module

The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Educadores Gran Chaco R.L. to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective March 18, 2019. This authorization permits the entity to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Participants are instructed to consult the public key of all MLD-enabled entities via the MLOConsultasService to configure their respective IT developments.

SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF THE SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE ABIERTA EDUCADORES GRAN CHACO R.L. IN THE DEFERRED SETTLEMENT MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP)

Dear Sirs and Madams:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) communicates to all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Educadores Gran Chaco R.L. (CEC) has satisfactorily completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, complying with the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of March 18, 2019, the CEC is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLOConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this sense, it is requested to take this information into account to configure the participant's data in the corresponding IT developments.
