CIEX No. 18/2019: Re-accreditation of Alternative Communication Channels for WEB-LIP Participants
The Central Bank of Bolivia requires participants in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) using WEB-LIP to re-accredit their contingency communication channels by completing the 'Type of Communication' contingency section of form 1900-007. This submission must be sent to the Financial Entities Management of the Central Bank of Bolivia by April 12, 2019. The Central Bank of Bolivia will validate the connection of each participant's alternative channel between April 15 and April 22, 2019.

SUBJECT: RE-ACREDITATION OF ALTERNATIVE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS FOR PARTICIPANTS USING WEB-LIP
Dear Sirs and Madams:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs participants in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) who use WEB-LIP that a connectivity test via contingency channels is scheduled in their annual contingency plan.
To execute this test, participants must re-accredit their contingency communication channels by filling out the "Type of Communication" contingency section of form 1900-007, "Administration of communications for external BCB services," which must be sent to the Financial Entities Management of the BCB by April 12, 2019.
The validation of the connection of the alternative channel of each participant with the BCB will take place from April 15 to April 22, 2019.
