CIEX No. 2/2023: Scheduling of US Dollar Movements at the Central Bank of Bolivia
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) declares the external circular CIEX No. 3/2021 of February 2, 2021, regarding the scheduling of US dollar withdrawals from BCB vaults, to be null and void effective immediately. This action applies to all Financial Intermediation Entities.

Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs Financial Intermediation Entities that, effective immediately, the External Circular CIEX No. 3/2021 of February 2, 2021, regarding the scheduling of withdrawals of US dollars from BCB vaults, is declared null and void.
