Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB), as Administrator of the MLD, reminds its participants that, within the framework of the Regulation of the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System, approved by Board Resolution No. 078/2020 of August 25, 2020, online information regarding their transactions is available to each participant; therefore, participants are responsible for monitoring their Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) and their "STATUS" through the "obtenerOrden" method, which is exposed in the MLD's consultation service under the section "Web services exposed by the MLD," the technical specifications of which are detailed in the "IT Guide for Participant Integration – Deferred Settlement Module MLD."

All participants must implement the use of this method to optimize the processing of orders in their systems. The message "5A" CANNOT be used by participants to monitor their OETFs and their "STATUS."
