CIEX No. 21/2024: Authorization of "Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Quillacollo R.L." as a Participant in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the "Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Quillacollo R.L." (CQC) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective September 11, 2024. This authorization permits CQC to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD under participant code MLD3015. Other participants are required to configure their IT systems to include CQC's public key for secure transactions.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that "Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Quillacollo R.L." (CQC) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of September 11, 2024, it is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, according to the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service – method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD. In this regard, they must configure the participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
