CIEX No. 22/2022: Regulation of Financial Operations with Foreign Entities
The Central Bank of Bolivia approved the Regulation of Financial Operations with Foreign Entities via Board Resolution No. 039/2022 dated May 10, 2022. This regulation applies to public companies and majority state-owned enterprises, their subsidiaries and parent companies, responsible sector ministries, and the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI). Annexed forms are available on the Central Bank's website, with Annex 3 requiring both physical submission and electronic transmission in Excel format to a designated email address within the deadlines established by the regulation.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all Commercial Companies with Majority State Participation, their Affiliates, Subsidiaries and Parent Companies, as well as the Ministries Responsible for Sector Policy and the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI), that the BCB Board of Directors approved the Regulation of Financial Operations with Foreign Entities through Board Resolution No. 039/2022 of May 10, 2022.
To comply with the Regulation of Financial Operations with Foreign Entities, the forms attached to this circular are available on the BCB institutional website https://www.bcb.gob.bo/ under the option SURVEYS AND FORMS. The form in Annex 3, in addition to its physical submission duly signed by the competent instances, must be sent in Excel format to the email address formulariodj@bcb.gob.bo in accordance with the deadlines established in the aforementioned Regulation.
