CIEX No. 23/2022: Enabled Fiscal Fund Transfers in the LIP
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) authorizes Banco Unión S.A. (BUN) and the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance (MEFP) to execute specific fiscal fund transfers via the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) starting May 24, 2022. The BCB enables operations E30 and E49 for unclaimed public salaries and resources from entities with unpaid tax declarations, while adding new operations E52, E53, and T05 for SIN fine payments, tax collection services, and transfers to the Single Treasury Account. BUN is required to update its digital certificate to include operations E52, E53, and T05, with all enabled transactions operating between 07:30 and 16:00.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies Banco Unión S.A. (BUN) and the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance (MEFP) that the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) will be enabled from May 24, 2022, to perform the following fund transfer operations in national currency (MN):

| E30 | Transfer with unclassified gloss | Transfer of funds from Banco Unión for monthly salaries unclaimed by public officials and reverted in La Paz. |
| E49 | Transfer of fiscal current accounts corresponding to BUN | Transfer of resources from contributions accrued by entities that failed to pay their tax returns. |

The incorporation and update of these operations will be part of the Operational Guide for the Hybrid Liquidation Module (MLH) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP); in this regard, BUN must request the addition of operations E52, E53, and T05 to its current digital certificate.
