Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB), within the framework of the modifications to the Legal Reserve Regulation, approved by Board Resolution No. 75/2023 of May 11, 2023, informs all acquiring Financial Intermediation Entities (EIFs) that, to access liquidity credits for support of resolution procedures, they must submit their request via written application to the Financial Entities Management of the BCB, attaching the documentation supporting the awarded amount and the award date, according to the attached format.
