SUBJECT: CONNECTION TO THE ALTERNATE PROCESSING SITE OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF BOLIVIA

Dear Sir/Madam:

With the objective of verifying the response levels of their operations and maintaining the availability of their services in the event of contingencies, the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) has scheduled the first operational continuity exercise for the 2019 management period.

For this purpose, the BCB will execute its operations from the Alternate Processing Site (SAP) starting at 16:00 hours on Saturday, May 4, 2019, until 20:00 hours on Monday, May 6, 2019. In this regard, participating entities must carry out the corresponding procedures to establish a connection with the SAP; otherwise, they will be unable to access BCB services during the indicated period.
