The Central Bank of Bolivia mandates that public entities, private entities, financial system participants, and the general public submit official procedures via the email address tramitesabcb.gob.bo or through the Single Correspondence Window during business hours (08:00 to 15:30) effective June 2, 2020. This circular temporarily suspends paragraphs 1 and 1 of Annex 1 of External Circulars CIEX No. 8/2020 and CIEX No. 9/2020 until the National Emergency Declaration is lifted, while keeping paragraphs 2, 3, and 4 of those circulars in force. Additionally, External Circular CIEX No. 22/2020 is declared null and void.

SUBJECT: RECEIPT OF PROCEDURES AT THE BCB
Ladies and Gentlemen:
In compliance with the provisions established in Supreme Decrees No. 4218 and No. 4245 of April 14 and May 28, 2020, respectively, the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) announces that starting June 2, 2020, public entities, private entities, the financial system, and the general public requiring attention for a procedure at the BCB must comply with the following provisions:
In accordance with Article 13 of Supreme Decree No. 4218, the BCB announces that the official email address: tramitesabcb.gob.bo is enabled as its official contact point and electronic channel for the receipt of digitally supported procedures.
Furthermore, in accordance with Article 12 of Supreme Decree No. 4218, paper-supported procedures will be received at the BCB through the Single Correspondence Window (VUC), and digital-supported procedures via the aforementioned email address, on all business days from 08:00 to 15:30. Procedure requests for operations will be received within this schedule to allow for same-day processing.
Temporarily and until the National Emergency Declaration is lifted, paragraph 1 and Annex 1 of External Circulars CIEX No. 8/2020 and CIEX No. 9/2020 of February 28, 2020, are suspended.
Paragraphs 2, 3, and 4 of the aforementioned external circulars remain in force.
External Circular CIEX No. 22/2020 of May 11, 2020, is declared null and void.
