CIEX No. 28/2021: Activation of Test Environments for the Integrated Payments Clearing System
Participants in the Integrated Payments Clearing System (LIP) are reminded of their obligation to maintain active test environments for the Hybrid and Deferred Clearing Modules and to perform requested tests promptly. If suspension of these test environments is required for specific days or hours, participants must submit written notification to the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB). The Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI) will verify compliance with these requirements during its supervisory activities.

Gentlemen:
In accordance with Article 25 (Obligations), subsection r), of the Regulations of the Integrated Payments Clearing System (LIP)1, all LIP participants are reminded of their obligation to keep their test environments active and to perform tests requested by the administrator and other participants of this system in a timely manner.
Therefore, in compliance with this provision, participants must notify the BCB in writing if they require suspending their test environments, for both the Hybrid Clearing Module and the Deferred Clearing Module, for specific days or hours.
