SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION OF COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CRÉDITO ABIERTA COMARAPA R.L. IN THE DEFERRED SETTLEMENT MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP)

Dear Sirs and Madams:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Comarapa R.L. (CCM) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of May 9, 2019, CCM is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guidelines of the MLD through the MLOConsultasService service - method obtener_Certificados, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, this information should be taken into account to configure participant data in the corresponding software developments.
