CIEX No. 31/2019: Authorization of Magisterio Rural de Chuquisaca R.L. to the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Magisterio Rural de Chuquisaca R.L. to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective May 13, 2019. This authorization permits the entity to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Participants are instructed to configure their systems using the public key of the newly authorized entity, accessible via the MLDConsultasService method obtener Certificados.

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Magisterio Rural de Chuquisaca R.L. (CMA) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of May 13, 2019, the CMA is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guidelines of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtener Certificados, participants may consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD. In this regard, participants are requested to take this information into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
