CIEX No. 31/2021: Authorization of CIDRE as Participant in the Integrated Payment Clearing System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Regional Research and Development Center - Financial Institution of Development (CIDRE) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP), effective September 10, 2021. CIDRE is assigned participant code MLD27002 and is permitted to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF). Participants are instructed to update their system configurations to include CIDRE's public key, which can be retrieved via the MLDConsultasService.

Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants in the Integrated Payment Clearing System (LIP) that the Regional Research and Development Center - Financial Institution of Development – CIDRE (ICI) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of September 10, 2021, the entity is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD, through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD. In this regard, this information is requested to be taken into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
