CIEX No. 32/2021: Authorization of San Francisco Solano Cooperative for Hybrid Liquidation Module
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the San Francisco Solano Savings and Credit Cooperative (CLO) to participate in the Hybrid Liquidation Module (MLH) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP), effective September 20, 2021. The cooperative, identified by code 1538 and reserve account 8528, is permitted to process and receive electronic transfers. Participants are instructed to update their IT systems with these specific participant details.

Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that the San Francisco Solano Open Savings and Credit Cooperative (CLO) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Hybrid Liquidation Module (MLH) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of September 20, 2021, the CLO is authorized as a participant and its account is approved for the processing and receipt of electronic transfers according to the following details:
