Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all Commercial Companies with Major State Participation, their Affiliates, Subsidiaries, and Parent Companies, as well as the Ministries responsible for Sector Policy and the Financial System Supervision Authority (ASFI), that the BCB Board of Directors approved Board Resolution No. 50/2022 of July 7, 2022, which modifies the Regulation on Financial Operations with Foreign Entities.
To comply with the current Regulation on Financial Operations with Foreign Entities, the forms attached to it are available on the BCB institutional website https://www.bcb.gob.bo/ under the SURVEYS AND FORMS option.
Likewise, it is clarified that the updated Annex 3 form, in addition to its physical submission duly signed by the competent instances, must be sent in Excel format to the email address formulariodj@bcb.gob.bo according to the deadlines established in the aforementioned Regulation.
