The Central Bank of Bolivia requires all financial intermediation entities that requested loans with CPRO fund guarantees to resubmit sworn declarations starting from the month of the first disbursement, with the initial batch due by July 25, 2022. Subsequent monthly declarations for July 2022 and onward must be submitted to the Central Bank by the fifth business day of the following month and must bear two authorized signatures registered with the Issuing Entity. Non-compliance with these requirements will be reported to the Financial System Supervisory Authority (ASFI).

SUBJECT: SWORN DECLARATIONS UNDER THE FRAMEWORK OF THE FUND FOR CREDITS DESTINED TO THE PRODUCTIVE SECTOR - CPRO
Gentlemen:
In the framework of the Board Resolution (RD) No. 046/2022 dated June 22, 2022, Article 4, which modifies Article 41 of the Regulation on Legal Reserves for Financial Intermediation Entities (EIF), the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) requires that all EIFs that requested loans with the CPRO fund guarantee resubmit their sworn declarations starting from the month of the first disbursement.
This monthly sworn declaration must be reprocessed according to the guidelines of RD No. 046/2022 and submitted by July 25, 2022 (examples attached).
The sworn declarations corresponding to July 2022 and subsequent months must be sent to the BCB with two authorized signatures registered with the Issuing Entity, no later than the fifth business day of the following month.
Non-compliance with the provisions of this circular will be reported to the Financial System Supervisory Authority (ASFI).
