CIEX No. 35/2019: Authorization of Monseñor Felix Gainza R.L. Cooperative to Participate in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Monseñor Felix Gainza R.L. Savings and Credit Cooperative to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System, effective June 3, 2019. This authorization permits the cooperative to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders through the module. Other participants are instructed to update their systems to include the cooperative's public key for secure communication.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Monseñor Felix Gainza R.L. Savings and Credit Cooperative (CMG) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of June 3, 2019, the CMG will be enabled as a participant and will be able to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants can consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD.
