CIEX No. 35/2021: Third Quarter Fee - Contribution to the Saver Protection Fund
The Central Bank of Bolivia debits the third quarter 2021 contribution to the Saver Protection Fund from the current and reserve accounts of financial intermediation entities on October 15, 2021. The amount is calculated as 1.25 per thousand of the average daily public liabilities during the quarter. Entities are requested to ensure sufficient funds are available for this deduction.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia notifies all financial intermediation entities that on October 15, 2021, in application of Article 518 of Financial Services Law No. 393, it will debit the fee corresponding to the third quarter of 2021 to the Saver Protection Fund (contribution from financial entities) from their Current and Reserve Account or Reserve Account in national and foreign currency. The debited amount will be equivalent to one point two five per thousand (1.25‰) of the average daily liabilities with the public during the aforementioned quarter.
In this regard, we will appreciate your making the respective provision of funds.
