CIEX No. 36/2023: Authorization of Cooperative de Ahorro y Credito Societaria Virgen de los Remedios R.L. as Participant in the Deferred Liquidation Module of the LIP
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Cooperative de Ahorro y Credito Societaria Virgen de los Remedios R.L. (CVE) to participate in the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective August 21, 2023. The entity is assigned the participant code MLD3054 and is authorized to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Participants are required to configure the entity's data in their respective IT developments and may consult its public key via the MLDConsultasService. Support inquiries should be directed to the LIP Help Desk.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the "Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Societaria Virgen de los Remedios R.L." (CVE) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of August 21, 2023, it is authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD with the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guidelines of the MLD, participants may consult the public key of this entity and all other entities authorized in the MLD through the MLDConsultasService – method obtener_certificados.
In this regard, participants are requested to configure the participant's data in the corresponding IT developments.
