CIEX No. 37/2019: Authorization of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta La Sagrada Familia R.L. in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta La Sagrada Familia R.L. (CLS) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective June 3, 2019. This authorization permits CLS to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD under participant code MLD3046. Other participants are instructed to update their IT configurations to include CLS's public key, which can be retrieved via the MLDConsultasService service.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta La Sagrada Familia R.L. (CLS) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of June 3, 2019, CLS will be authorized as a participant and will be able to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:
