The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Abierta Catedral R.L. Savings and Credit Cooperative (CCP) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective June 3, 2019. This authorization permits the CCP to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD under participant code MLD3030. Other participants are instructed to utilize the MLDConsultasService to retrieve the public keys of all entities enabled in the MLD for their system configurations.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Abierta Catedral R.L. Savings and Credit Cooperative (CCP) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of June 3, 2019, the CCP will be enabled as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:
