CIEX No. 39/2021: Authorization of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Jesús Nazareno R.L. as a Contingency Participant of the Deferred Settlement Module of the LIP
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Jesús Nazareno R.L. (CJN) to participate as a contingency entity in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective November 17, 2021. The entity is assigned participant code MLD3001 and is permitted to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Other participants are instructed to update their IT configurations to include the public key of the newly enabled entity using the MLDConsultasService.

Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Savings and Credit Cooperative Open Jesus Nazareno R.L. (CJN) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of November 17, 2021, the entity is authorized as a contingency participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD.
