CIEX No. 39/2023: Transfer of BDP FINPRO Funds to the Treasury Single Account in the Hybrid Liquidation Module
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes participants in the Hybrid Liquidation Module (MLH) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) to execute operation code E82, which transfers funds from the Productive Development Bank (BDP FINPRO) to the Treasury Single Account (CUT) for BDP FINPRO loans. This operation is available daily from 07:30 to 16:00, effective October 11, 2023. The update includes adding operation E82 to the BDP's current digital certificate and incorporating it into the MLH Operational Guide.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants in the Hybrid Liquidation Module (MLH) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that the following operation will be enabled starting October 11, 2023:
Operation Code | Description of New Operation | Schedule to Operate in LIP E82 | Transfer of BDP FINPRO to the CUT | Transfer of funds from the Productive Development Bank S.A. to the Treasury Single Account for BDP FINPRO loans. 07:30 to 16:00
The incorporation and update of this operation will be part of the Operational Guide of the MLH of the LIP; in this regard, operation E82 was added to the current digital certificate of the Productive Development Bank (BDP).
