CIEX No. 4/2022: Authorization of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Fátima R.L. as a Contingency Participant in the LIP Deferred Liquidation Module
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Fátima R.L. (CFA) to participate as a contingency entity in the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP), effective February 7, 2022. This authorization permits CFA to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD under participant code MLD3003. Participating entities are instructed to retrieve CFA's public key via the MLDConsultasService to configure their respective IT systems accordingly.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Fátima (CFA) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations; consequently, as of February 7, 2022, it is authorized as a contingency participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD. In this regard, participants are requested to take this information into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
