CIEX No. 41/2019: Authorization of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Roque R.L. in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Roque R.L. (CSR) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective July 1, 2019. The entity is assigned participant code MLD3024 and is permitted to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Other participants are instructed to update their IT configurations to include CSR's public key via the MLDConsultasService.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Roque R.L. (CSR) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of July 1, 2019, CSR will be authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD.
