CIEX No. 41/2021: Information Capture Systems for the Central Bank of Bolivia
The Central Bank of Bolivia mandates that financial intermediaries update their information capture systems to versions 4.50 and 2.11 for interest rates, exchange rates, and the Housing Price Index, effective November 30, 2021. Entities must submit interest rate and exchange rate data using the new version starting November 30, 2021, with data from the previous day, and must send the November 2021 Housing Price Index by December 15, 2021. Solucredit San Silvestre R.L. and COOPROLE R.L. are exceptionally required to submit interest rate and exchange rate data for the period of November 29 to December 6, 2021, by December 7, 2021.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies Financial Intermediation Entities that it will make available new versions of the Information Capture Systems, incorporating the Open Savings and Credit Cooperative “Solucredit San Silvestre” R.L. and the Open Savings and Credit Cooperative "Asociación de Productores de Leche - COOPROLE" R.L. according to the following detail:
- System for Capturing Operations for interest rates and exchange rates (Version 4.50).
- System for Capturing Information for the Housing Price Index (Version 2.11).
The new versions of the systems will be available on the ASFI intranet on November 29, 2021, and will enter into force on November 30, 2021.
Therefore, in the submission of information, the following must be considered: a) Interest rate and exchange rate information must be sent to the BCB using the new version 4.50 starting from November 30, 2021, with information from the previous day. b) The Housing Price Index information corresponding to the month of November 2021 must be submitted by December 15, 2021, using the new version 2.11.
