CIEX No. 43/2023: Update of BCB Digital Certificate for the Deferred Settlement Module
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) requires participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) to update their systems with a new digital certificate for the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD). The new certificate is valid from November 13, 2023, to December 1, 2024. Participants can obtain the certificate via the LIP Portal or the mldconsultasservice method, and should contact the LIP Help Desk for assistance.

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) informs all participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that, due to the upcoming expiration of the BCB digital certificate for the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD), a new certificate is being issued with validity from November 13, 2023, to December 1, 2024. This certificate must be updated in your systems and is available through:
