CIEX No. 45/2021: Authorization of Banco Nacional de Bolivia S.A. as a Contingency Participant in the Deferred Liquidation Module of the LIP
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Banco Nacional de Bolivia S.A. (BNB) to participate as a contingency entity in the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP), effective November 26, 2021. This authorization permits BNB to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD under participant code MLD1001. Participants are instructed to utilize the MLDConsultasService to retrieve the public keys of all enabled entities for proper configuration of their IT systems.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that Banco Nacional de Bolivia S.A. (BNB) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of November 26, 2021, the entity is authorized as a contingency participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtener Certificados, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, participants are requested to take this information into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
