CIEX No. 47/2021: Authorization of Banco Pyme "Ecofuturo" S.A. as a Contingency Participant in the Deferred Liquidation Module of LIP
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Banco Pyme "Ecofuturo" S.A. (PEF) to participate as a contingency entity in the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP), effective December 13, 2021. This authorization permits the entity to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD under participant code MLD74002. Participants are instructed to utilize the MLDConsultasService to retrieve the public keys of all enabled entities for proper system configuration.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that Banco Ecofuturo S.A. (PEF) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of December 13, 2021, the entity is authorized as a contingency participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD, through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtener Certificados, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, this information is requested to be taken into account when configuring participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
