CIEX No. 48/2019: Authorization of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Asunción Ltda. in the Deferred Settlement Module of the LIP

The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Asunción Ltda. (CAS) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) effective July 22, 2019. This authorization permits CAS to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) using participant code MLD3031. Other LIP participants are instructed to update their systems to include CAS's public key via the MLDConsultasService for proper configuration.

IN THE DEFERRED SETTLEMENT MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP)

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Asunción Ltda. (CAS) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of July 22, 2019, CAS will be authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD. In this regard, participants are requested to take this information into account to configure participant data in the relevant IT developments.
