CIEX No. 48/2022: Re-accreditation of Accesses in BCB Information Systems - Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP)
The Central Bank of Bolivia mandates that all participants in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) must request re-accreditation, registration, or deregistration of access users between November 4 and November 25, 2022. Financial entities are required to submit the completed Form 2970-071, signed by the responsible security profile users, to the BCB. The BCB will provide a list of current users as of September 30, 2022, upon request, while security profile users remain responsible for managing access creation, password rehabilitation, and profile designation within their entities, excluding the assignment of the security profile itself.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that, from November 4 to November 25, the process for re-accrediting accesses to the LIP System will take place without fail.
In this regard, participants must request the corresponding re-accreditation, registration, or deregistration by sending the Form 2970-071 "BCB External Services Registration" of the responsible user(s) for access administration (Profile: SECURITY), duly signed.
To this effect, the detail of users valid as of 09/30/2022 will be provided by the LIP Help Desk upon request from the entity to the email address: ayudalip@bcb.gob.bo
Finally, it is reminded that users enabled with the SECURITY profile are responsible for the creation of accesses, password rehabilitation, and designation of profiles in their entity, except for the assignment of the SECURITY profile, which is the exclusive task of the BCB.
