EXTERNAL CIRCULAR La Paz, November 15, 2022 CIEX No. 49/2022 FROM: GENERAL MANAGEMENT FINANCIAL ENTITIES MANAGEMENT TO: FINANCIAL INTERMEDIATION ENTITIES SUBJECT: SWORN DECLARATIONS OF PORTFOLIO RELATED TO THE CPVIS III, CAPROSEN, FIUSEER AND CPRO FUNDS

Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) reminds all Financial Intermediation Entities (EIFs) that the Legal Reserve Regulation, approved by Board Resolution (BR) No. 076/2022 of August 26, 2022, is currently in force; regarding this, in compliance with Articles No. 33, 36, 39 and 42 of the aforementioned Regulation, EIFs with active loans guaranteed by their participation in the CPVIS III, CAPROSEN, FIUSSER and CPRO funds, must send to the BCB's Financial Entities Management a monthly note with the character of a Sworn Declaration, according to the format attached to this document.

In this sense, all monthly notes with the character of a Sworn Declaration that contemplate data or unrelated information, will not be considered valid.
