CIEX No. 51/2022: Update of Users in the Integrated External Debt Operations System (SIODEX)
External debt debtor entities are required to immediately update authorized and verifier users in the Integrated External Debt Operations System (SIODEX) whenever changes occur. Entities that do not currently have access to SIODEX must request access promptly by submitting a note to the International Operations Management. These obligations apply to all debtor entities to ensure timely payment of external public debt service.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB), within the framework of Articles 6 (Notification to Debtors) and 7 (Payment of Debt Service) of the "Regulation for the Registration and Operations of the External Public Debt of the Plurinational State of Bolivia" approved by Board Resolution No. 023/2022 of March 29, 2022, reminds debtor entities that, in the event of changes to authorized and/or verifier users, they are obligated to update them immediately in the Integrated External Debt Operations System (SIODEX), to timely comply with the payment of external public debt service.
Likewise, those debtor entities that do not currently have access to SIODEX must process access as soon as possible, by means of a note addressed to the International Operations Management.
