CIEX No. 52/2019: Authorization of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Antonio R.L. in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Antonio R.L. (CSA) to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective August 12, 2019. The CSA is assigned participant code MLD3010 and is permitted to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD. Other participants are instructed to consult the public keys of all MLD-enabled entities via the MLDConsultasService to configure their respective IT developments.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Ahorro y Crédito Abierta San Antonio R.L. (CSA) Cooperative has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of August 12, 2019, the CSA will be authorized as a participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:
