CIEX No. 54/2022: Modification of the Legal Reserve Regulation
The Central Bank of Bolivia modifies Articles 30, 31, 33, 36, 38, 39, and 42 of the Legal Reserve Regulation for Financial Intermediation Entities. The amendments extend the deadline for loan requests to the CPVIS III Fund and transfer available resources from the CAPROSEN Fund to the FIUSEER Fund. These changes apply to all financial intermediation entities subject to the regulation.

Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia communicates that, through Board Resolution No. 120/2022 of December 13, 2022, the modification of Articles 30, 31, 33, 36, 38, 39, and 42 of the Legal Reserve Regulation for Financial Intermediation Entities in force was approved.
Among the modifications are the extension of the deadline for loan requests to the CPVIS III Fund and the transfer of available resources from the CAPROSEN Fund to the FIUSEER Fund.
