The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Abierta Loyola R.L. Savings and Credit Cooperative to participate in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System, effective September 25, 2019. This authorization permits the cooperative to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders using participant code MLD3006. Participating entities are instructed to configure their systems to query the public keys of all enabled entities via the MLDConsultasService.

SAVINGS AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE IN THE DEFERRED SETTLEMENT MODULE (MLD) OF THE INTEGRATED PAYMENT SETTLEMENT SYSTEM (LIP)
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants in the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Abierta Loyola R.L. Savings and Credit Cooperative (CLY) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of September 25, 2019, the CLY will be authorized as a participant and will be able to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants may consult the public key of all entities enabled in the MLD.
