Gentlemen: The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) that the DIACONIA Foundation Rotating Investment and Development Financial Entity (DIACONIA) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Liquidation Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations; consequently, as of January 9, 2023, it is authorized as an MLD participant and may send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Participant: DIACONIA FOUNDATION ROTATING INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTION FINANCIAL ENTITY Participant Code: MLD27004 Abbreviation: IDI

Additionally, according to the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service – method obtain Certificates, participants can consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD. In this regard, it is requested to take this information into account to configure participant data in the corresponding IT developments.
