CIEX No. 58/2019: Authorization of Inca Huasi Ltda. to Participate in the Deferred Settlement Module of the Integrated Payment Settlement System
The Central Bank of Bolivia authorizes the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Abierta Inca Huasi Ltda. (CIH) to participate as a member in the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP), effective October 21, 2019. This authorization permits CIH to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD using the participant code MLD3012. Other LIP participants are instructed to update their IT configurations to include CIH's public key, which can be retrieved via the MLDConsultasService service.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) notifies all participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System (LIP) that the Open Savings and Credit Cooperative Inca Huasi Ltd. (CIH) has successfully completed the incorporation process into the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD) of the LIP, meeting the requirements of current regulations. Consequently, as of October 21, 2019, CIH will be authorized as a participant and will be able to send and receive Electronic Fund Transfer Orders (OETF) through the MLD according to the following details:

Additionally, in accordance with the Operational and IT Guides of the MLD through the MLDConsultasService service - method obtain Certificates, participants can consult the public key of all entities authorized in the MLD.
